Best Western Beauséjour

It was a perfect location for us, 250 yards from the train station. It was not far to walk to the restaurants and city centre but there was a bus from the train station to the main attractions for just €1. The receptionist was so helpful, experienced and professional she was also in the restaurant at breakfast. The hotel decor was stunning and the gardens and pool looked spotless. The room was a good size with a big bathroom and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable, though the furnishings and decor felt quite dated. Still, the beds were cozy, and the room was fully air-conditioned, which made for a pleasant stay. The bathroom setup is split (common in the U.S.) with a separate toilet and washing area. Both were surprisingly spacious by European standards. If your room is on the mountain side, you're in for a great view. Unfortunately, ours overlooked the train station, which isn't exactly scenic. That said, the hotel has a shared mountain-facing balcony accessible to all guests, a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink. =) Breakfast offered plenty of variety, including an impressive selection of sweets like tarts and pies, something you don’t often see at breakfast buffets. Good coffee too! It’s about a 20-minute walk to the holy site of Lourdes, which could be important information for many visitors. Last but not least, the hotel also has a small private parking lot, which is a real bonus in this town.

This elegant hotel is conveniently located near the train station which we needed for a quick trip to Paris and back. The hotel's upper balcony has beautiful views of the Pyrenees Mountain range. The hotel staff were very gracious and accommodating. The excellent breakfast offerings were extensive with fresh and dried fruits, juices, coffees and teas, a wide variety of cereals, rolls, pastries, apple strudel, breads, eggs, meats and cheeses.

We booked The Best Western last minute for a one night stopover. We were very pleased that there was easy to access the car park and very friendly staff for a quick check in. The decor of our room was a little 'old fashioned' but had everything we required, in particular a good a/c unit & the bed was comfortable. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Lourdes churches and Grotto. We had an evening meal and breakfast at the hotel and the food was very good and reasonably priced. A good place to stay and we would recommend to friends.

This was the first international trip for our family, a pilgrimage to Lourdes. We had an unforgettable time at Lourdes, and our stay at the Bestwestern Beauséjour was undoubtedly, an important part of making our stay very special. We landed on 24th December, and the staff were courteous, service-minded, and guest-centric. They explained that we may not get food outside as the local stores / restaurants were mostly closed for the holiday. The rooms were spacious and clean, warm and cozy. The staff loved their work, were dedicated, worked hard with a smile. They even helped us find a box to pack some of the delicate material for our journey back.
